CEO
Joseph is a lifelong entrepreneur with over two decades of experience turning ideas into successful ventures. He launched his first company at the age of 19, running a marketing office for Vector, and quickly went on to found Total Technologies, an IT consulting firm that has remained in operation for more than two decates.
He also serves as CEO of Goji Systems, a kiosk hardware and software development company with over a decade of successful deployments across various industries. A self-taught and deeply resourceful professional, Joseph brings a rare ability to break down complex challenges, identify core issues, and build precise, effective solutions.
Driven, focused, and passionate about every project he takes on, Joseph combines hands-on business leadership with a natural instinct for innovation—making him a critical force behind the vision, execution, and resilience of EvoGenesis

Anthony is a serial entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in business administration, having successfully built, scaled, and sold a company he founded from the ground up. His background spans both entrepreneurial leadership and corporate strategy, including serving as a specialist and executive at a Fortune 100 company. These roles sharpened his ability to drive operational excellence while maintaining a founder’s mindset. Whether launching new initiatives, mentoring teams, or navigating complex markets, he brings vision, urgency, and a relentless drive to succeed.
John E. Stout
COO
With over 20 years of entrepreneurial leadership, John Stout has built a career defined by innovation, integrity, and an unshakable drive to deliver operational excellence. From launching his first automotive venture to co-founding an import business and ultimately becoming COO of Goji Systems, John’s professional journey reflects a rare combination of technical fluency, business acumen, and long-term strategic thinking. Under his operational leadership at Goji, the company has flourished for more than a decade—growing primarily through client referrals and trusted partnerships, a direct testament to his customer-first approach.

Lee is a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with over 30 years of experience in advanced materials, process development, and machine design. Over the past decade, he has worked in the private sector supporting national laboratories, universities, NASA, the Department of Energy, and the Department of Defense. His expertise lies in transforming complex technical challenges into practical engineering solutions, with a strong focus on aerospace, defense, and energy sectors. He brings deep knowledge of materials and mechanical systems, and a passion for developing high-performance technologies that excel in demanding environments.
